Initial Client Assessment

In depth communications by telephone and e-mail to establish your criteria for a business or franchise.

Detailed discussions with you to establish your background and previous business experience relevant to the business or franchise opportunities to be considered.

Initial Business/Franchise Search

Provision of current business listings for the specific locations defined by you to include LOCATION, (the actual State/County) DETAIL, (type of business) PRICE (the current selling price of the business) ADJ NET (owners benefit) and SALES (the annual turnover of the business).

Detailed information relating to businesses or franchises will be emailed or faxed personally to you. Our consultants will regularly liaise with you in order to obtain feed-back and to maintain progress

Provision of more detailed information on any listing you have expressed interest in, to include a brief synopsis of the nature of the business, the reason for sale, the length of time the business has been established, the number of employees, both full time and part time and their roles within the company. Details of any training offered to the new owner by the seller, the skills YOU will need to run the business and as much detail on cash flow as is possible to obtain.

Specific Business/Franchise Search

On your behalf we will approach the selling broker(s) for additional financial information, not previously available to prospective purchasers, on the business(s) which you have selected. We will liaise with the broker(s) and confirm your interest and financial ability to progress toward the purchase of a business.

We will arrange any meetings with you and the selling broker (s) in the United States and/or any telephone conference call(s) with you in the United Kingdom.
